These findings concern workplace AI and skill demands, not measured outcomes or guarantees from this course.

  • Training is associated with better reported performance and working conditions following AI adoption (OECD, 2026).
  • Skill requirements change more than twice as fast in the most AI-exposed jobs as in the least exposed. Companies most exposed to AI show 40% higher productivity growth than those least exposed; these are associations with AI exposure (PwC, 2026).
  • In a 2023 experiment with BCG consultants, AI improved performance on tasks within its capabilities but worsened performance on a task beyond them; the study was published in 2026 (Dell’Acqua et al., 2026).
  • Employers expect AI and big data to be the fastest-growing skills category over 2025–2030 (World Economic Forum, 2025).
